What is the Soul World Lounge, and are members required to participate in it?
The Soul World Lounge is, as the spirit guides call it, the heart of our Soul World Membership Community. And it’s where you can interact with Ainslie, Christine, and other Community members.
As a member, you’re not required to participate in the Lounge, but we feel strongly that you’re missing out if you don’t. The Lounge is a remarkably supportive and compassionate space, filled with kindred spirits. And you owe it to yourself to at least check it out before deciding whether or not you want to participate. We maintain a loving and firm Code of Conduct in The Lounge to ensure it's a safe space for all.

How do I change my password?
If you forgot your password and need to reset it, please follow this link to reset it. (Please note this password reset link will only work when you're signed out of your account.) You'll be prompted to enter the email address used to create your membership account, and a link will be sent to that email to reset your password.

2. Scroll down to the "passwords" sections and type in your current and new password.

What kinds of questions can I submit for the monthly Q&A?
Questions related to the exploration of the month will always take priority. For example, if the monthly exploration is on karma, an appropriate question would be, “How can I tell if I have karma with someone?”
Here are some past questions from Soul World Community members to give you a taste:
-When you love someone whose heart chakra is closed, what can you do to keep yours open?
-I have some past-life fears around fame (e.g. if you’re too visible, you’ll get hurt). Can the spirit guides explain their idea of healthy fame?
-Does the soul plan its death, or does it make that choice once it’s here on earth?
-Will we still have our knowledge about what we learned in this lifetime to carry on to our next one?
-Do animals have spirit guides?
-How do I help guide my child into a career that satisfies her life plan, without trying to control her?
-How can you tell if someone is a member of your soul family? And how can you tell if you have karma with someone?
-Which past-life fears can be connected to yo-yo dieting in this life?
-Do we have different kinds of spirit guides for different questions and issues?
-Are our spirit guides always aware of our physical and emotional pain, or is it our responsibility to inform them so they can better guide us?
These are the kinds of things we explore during our monthly live Q&A coaching call, and some of the answers might surprise (and delight) you!
Note that we prefer questions related to Ainslie’s teachings, whether in regards to the current exploration, or a topic we’ve done in the past (or something you’d like to know about in the future).
If your question is really personal in nature and has no relevance to anyone but you, the spirit guides usually won’t answer (those are best asked in a private session).
The guides also won’t answer questions on topics not applicable to Ainslie’s teachings (e.g. Did Atlantis exist? Was Jesus a real person? How does Human Design relate to Ainslie’s method? etc.). That’s not to say those topics aren’t interesting, they’re just not in Ainslie’s purview.
All that said, go ahead and submit your question, and the spirit guides will let us know whether or not they want to discuss them. While not every question gets answered every month, we do our best to address as many as possible within the time allotted.

I can’t make it live for an upcoming live Q&A Coaching Call. Will a recording be available?
Yes! While we love when you can join us live, we record all the monthly Q&A coaching calls, so you can access them in the the Current Exploration within 48 hours after the live event ends. Older replays from a previous exploration can be found in the Archives. We also keep some of the previous month's recordings there. You’ll find them there
We also recommend that you re-listen to the recordings that speak to you the loudest. The more effort you put into your healing, the bigger—and long lasting—your results!

Can I download recordings?
Recordings of our membership events are not available to download. However, as long as you’re an active member, you have 24/7 streaming access to all content available in the The Library. Can my friend and I share a membership?
Membership in Ainslie’s Soul World Community is based on a per-person basis. You’re welcome to talk with your friends and family about what you’re learning, but we ask that you do not share your login details with others, and we reserve the right to cancel any membership that is shared without permission.

Where can I update my credit card information?
You may update your credit card by following these steps:
1. Click here to access your billing details. (You can also go to the user profile in the upper right hand corner of your membership, choose "Settings" and then "Billing".)
2. Choose the three little dots next to your card information
3. Choose "Update card"
4. Enter the new information
5. Choose "Update card" again to save.

When is my monthly payment processed?
The credit card information you gave when you first signed up for membership will be used to automatically renew your subscription on the same date that you we're first charge the Soul World Community.
Your specific billing date can be found on the purchase history here. (You can also find it by clicking the user profile on the upper right hand corner, choosing "settings" and then "purchase history".)
All membership dues are processed automatically through our payment platform, Stripe. As a result, we do not keep your credit card information in our system, and are not able to make any changes ourselves.
If you’d like to use another card, or want to update your existing card, go to Billing on the member site, and follow the prompts.
Can I pay my monthly dues with a check?
All payments are processed through the online payment processor, Stripe. We do not store any payment data on our site, and are not set up to receive checks for monthly membership dues.
You will need a credit card or debit card to create and continue with your Soul World Community membership.
What do I do if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, the system will retry the charge a few more times with your card on file. If it continues to be declined, your membership will automatically be canceled, but you will keep access to the membership through the end of your billing period. It’s most likely an issue with the credit card you used when you first created your membership (e.g. expired, replaced, insufficient funds).
All monthly membership dues are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. As a result, we do not keep your credit card information in our system, and are not able to make any changes ourselves.
However, you may update your existing card or add a different card number by following these steps:
1. Click here to access your billing details. (You can also go to the user profile in the upper right hand corner of your membership, choose "Settings" and then billing.)
2. Choose the three little dots next to your card information
3. Choose "Update card"
4. Enter the new information
5. Choose "Update card" again to save.

How do I cancel membership?
While we hope you stay with us in the Soul World Community indefinitely, we totally understand that life requires priorities, and you may cancel your membership at any time. To do so, simply follow these steps:
1. Click here to access your billing page.
2. Choose the three dots next to "The Soul World Membership Community"
3. Choose "Cancel this Subscription"
4. The date you will lose access to membership will appear, which is the end of your billing period. Enjoy your membership until then, and know you're always welcome to come back!

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancelling your membership:
Membership dues are automatically processed each month and charged to the card on file until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, log into the “Billing” section of the member website. From there, simply click the three dots next to "The Soul World Community Membership" and choose "Cancel this Subscription."
You must cancel your membership at least one business day prior to your next billing date, otherwise your membership dues will automatically be processed using your card on file.
You'll have access to membership through the end of your billing period.
Refunds:
Your payment cycle runs each month beginning on the same date that you were first charged. If you received a free trial, this would be the date you were first charged after your free trial ended.
If you cancel before your monthly billing date, or within three days afterwards, your dues for that month will be fully refunded if requested to [email protected]. There are no refunds for dues paid from previous months.
